Terms & Conditions/Return & Refund Policy. 

 

Order Turnaround -

All orders received before 1pm are shipped the same business day, all other orders are shipped the next business day (Monday -Friday)  

Orders typically arrive 3-5 from shipping date. 

We use Royal Mail exclusively and send all orders by registered, signed for delivery. 

Order tracking -

A royal mail tracking number can be provided upon request. 

Back orders -If any item goes on to back order, we will ship to you the part of the order we have in stock. 
When the rest of the order becomes available to us, we will ship you the remainder of your order. 
This will be at no further expense to the customer, and athlonrubuk will cover all additional p&p fees. 

Shipping, returns & refunds

All orders sent by signed delivery with Royal Mail. Tracking number provided upon request. 

If shipment is lost, damaged or misplaced by Royal Mail, we will endeavor to track and trace your order, and provide you with the tracking number to seek reimbursement. 

If you would like to return an order, all returns must be in their original unopened, undamaged shrinkwrapped container. 

We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
